Krell KAV-250a/3; Three Channels x 250w in BLEWITT SPRINGS, South Australia for sale

Krell gear is often offered for sale by scammers but this is geniune. Serial number on request. Rrp was around the $9000 mark from memory.
From a non smoking, child free household. Selling due to lack of use as the KAV was used to drive the centre and rears of a 5.1 HT system. Yes, it was overkill, but the HT system sounded great. The HT setup is just not used anymore (Cary Cinema 11a processor is also for sale)The original binding posts of the KAV series were a little underdone, I had the original posts replaced with three way copper Vampyre units which are of much better quality. Note - it is heavy (23.5 kgs, 27 kgs boxed) and Krell amps run hot; it will not be a good idea to place this amp in a cabinet. Fuse upgrade was done according to the Krell recall a few years back. I have the original box to go with the amp.
